“Aramon Gourmand” was opened in 2005 by Nathalie and Philippe Coste who were the owners of “Les Gourmands” a restaurant in Paris for 10 years
It was the base for the association “Les Catalans de Paris”
Philippe grows up in the village of “Coustouges” in high Vallespir, a return to his root.
The couple brings small personal touches, a convivial atmosphere, honest relations with their clients and a meal with mainly local products.
Do not hesitate to step in to discover a warm atmosphere.
Master chef since 2014, he will prepare his specialties of Roasted pepper with anchovies from Collioure, “Fricassee of duck” with olives served with potatoes and bacon, fillet with the grapes flambe’d in Banyuls or as a châpeauté Parmentier of foie gras.
These dishes will be enhanced by the local wines of Roussillon.
The terrace could seat 40 people for the beautiful days.
The Salon could welcome up to 30 people.
The restaurant will seat 50 people.
